Arrange a Private Dining event for any date this year and you will receive a $150 Fleming's Dining Certificate for yourself. You have plenty of time to plan your event: this unique offer is valid for any available date in 2012 for a group of 15 guests or more, as long as you book it by February 13th.* Here are just a few of the popular events that we host at Fleming's throughout the year...
Business Meetings. Our Private Dining rooms are equipped with high-speed Internet and a complete range of presentation and A/V equipment, making them exceptionally business friendly. All Fleming's locations are equipped with high-definition Cisco TelePresence Video Conferencing.
Custom Dinners. Do you have a special theme in mind for your event? Whatever your entertaining theme or budget, our talented chefs can work with you to prepare a custom menu. Alternatively, you can select one of our exceptional preset menus, each featuring a choice of entrées.
Special Occasions. Our Private Dining rooms make a beautiful setting for engagement parties, wedding celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and graduation events.
Cocktail Gatherings. Choose from a selection of wine, spirits and tempting hors d'oeuvres. Your guests can mingle as they wish, enjoying a memorable moment in a gracious setting.
Wine Tasting Parties. Exploring new wines is a great way to break the ice and bring people together. Our Wine Manager will work with you to select wines that will match your budget, complete with tasting notes for your guests to take home after the event.

* To be eligible for this program, your event must be booked between January 1 and February 13, 2012, with a signed contract. Your event must take place between January 1 and December 31, 2012. Program limited to parties of 15 or more, subject to availability. Program is not available for lunch events or events taking place on holidays (Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day and New Year's Eve). A minimum food and beverage expenditure required. $150 Dining Certificate can not be used as payment toward the event for which it was rewarded.
