New Year, New Cocktail Menu

Happy New Year to everyone. I hope your holiday celebrations were memorable and full of good cheer. And speaking of good cheer — on January 25th we will be introducing Fleming's new Cocktail Menu. What a great way to welcome the New Year. In addition to our signature cocktails, our bevy of talented bartenders across the country has helped create ten unique cocktails that we fully expect will become "must haves" for our guests at Fleming's.

Every single cocktail recipe on the menu has been tasted, tweaked and re-tasted. Even some current favorites have been updated with exciting new spirits and fresh, innovative ingredients.

We've divided the cocktail menu into three distinct groupings based on mood, taste, and style:

Retro Chic is where we put a contemporary spin on the classics, like our surprising Sailor Daiquiri. This is a complete 180 from the frozen, sugary sweet daiquiris you may have had elsewhere. Ours goes vintage with Sailor Jerry Rum, and fresh pineapple and lime juices. Served icy cold and "up," it's elegant, powerful and delicious. By the way, the classic-style daiquiri was JFK's favorite cocktail.

Modern Martinis are our wickedly exotic takes on that most American of cocktails — the Martini. Try our all-new Limoncello Martini made with Hangar One Citron "Buddha's Hand" Vodka, rich and smooth Luxardo Limoncello and house-made lemon-thyme simple syrup. This is a luxurious Martini to set the mood for an evening of celebration.

Couture Cocktails are our custom-designed recipes using chef-driven seasonal ingredients and signature spirits. This is where we get the most creative. Like our Mad Milagro Margarita: we start with Milagro Silver Tequila, add fresh lime juice and muddled fresh cucumber for the cool, then finish the cocktail with a touch of fresh cilantro and spicy jalapeño for a dash of heat. It's so unique, you may never have a regular margarita again.

I'm very proud of this new Cocktail Menu. Our goal is to do for cocktails what Fleming's did for wines by the glass: to give you — our guests — the opportunity to explore something new and different that always makes an evening at Fleming's such a memorable dining experience.
